“When we arrived to see the resort atop a hill on a peninsula in the Aegean Sea, we were instantly taken by the beauty of the Greek architecture and scenery. With each day at Amanzo'e, our wonderment only grew, and we left knowing that we had, without a doubt, found an absolute treasure.
The service at Amanzo'e is top-notch, with a polished and friendly staff that go above and beyond to make each guest’s visit memorable and unique. This dedication is apparent throughout, from the Mercedes SUV drivers on hand at a moment’s notice to the heads of management, from whom we received a bespoke wine tour that perfectly complimented our tastes and curiosities.
The hotel itself is stunning; we stayed in a deluxe pavilion with a spacious private pool and grand ocean view. There are rosemary and lavender plants throughout the property, as well as in each pavilion’s garden, which added a particularly enchanting sensation to the already beautiful grounds.
The hotel is not on the beach, but guests are granted exclusive use of the Beach Club which is just a five-minute, chauffeured drive away. The Beach Club offers a restaurant and bar, two 25-meter lap pools as well as a wide range of water sports and boating activities, for those looking for more active pastimes. My husband and I were committed to relaxing on our rare getaway, but even he couldn’t resist joining me for complimentary morning yoga and Pilates classes in windowed studios with breathtaking vistas.”

Experiencing Greece beyond the traditional tourist destinations.
Great for couples, though I’m sure the families we saw in attendance had a fantastic time too. How could they not?
A trip to Porto Heli to go sailing; one of the most relaxing adventures of my life!
The best time to visit may be in the spring and autumn, so as to beat the summer heat and crowds. Note too that the resort is closed from January to April.
