Jumeirah Port Soller
Hotel & Spa
“You get what you pay for I so often say... this is a new favorite Mallorca location of mine, having known the island pretty well for years. Totally whimsical and stylish at every turn, with no shortage of amusements and amenities, as well as quality staff to ensure no shortage of either. My fiancé and I stayed in a sea-view room with a terrace and beautiful sunset view overlooking Soller.
There is a well equipped fitness center, but we both chose to simply burn calories by walking around the property, as the hotel itself is situated atop a very steep hill! I enjoyed a great massage and facial while my partner lounged in the heated pool overlooking the mountains. The hot and cold room options in the spa were also unique and refreshing! Unbeknownst to me, my fiancé let the staff know that we were celebrating our engagement, and when we returned to our room after sunset one night we found cake, candles, and flower petals awaiting us; even he was shocked by how much effort went into it! All in all, a hugely memorable experience.”

A getaway with a view!
Super romantic for couples, with enough space for kids to have fun too, although not everything is open to children under 12.
The Sunset Lounge gave us memorable moments nightly, providing delicious cocktails and a wonderful vantage point.
Best time to go
Weather-wise, the spring is ideal, as the temperature is pleasant and it’s relatively dry.
Prepare to do some hiking (or to depend on the hotel shuttle) to get to rooms situated far from the main area.
$650 - $5,200 per night, depending on room and availability
