Marti Istanbul Hotel
“Really enjoyed this brand new Marti property! The location cannot be beat – in Taksim – the cultural, commercial, and entertainment center of the city. Perfect for both tourists and business travelers. Like all new hotels, there are some teething troubles that need to be worked out (AC malfunction, Spa opening, etc.) – but nothing that wasn’t fixed immediately when brought to somebody’s attention. The pros far outweigh any newbie issues, and we all know that those will be worked out in time anyway.
The décor throughout the hotel was very stylish with all the lovely touches you’d expect from Turkish hospitality. When we arrived we were greeted by the friendliest staff and a piece of Turkish Delight. My entire stay was a real pleasure, the room was very comfortable (the bed was out of this world!) and the breakfast buffet each morning was fabulous! I look forward to returning when the Spa opens next year.”

Business or pleasure, the location is just supreme.
Solo or with the teenage kids.
Going to sleep every night! The hotel bed might be one of the best I’ve ever slept in. Even in a city as exciting as Istanbul, I would be excited to get back to my room and cozy up in my heavenly bed. The pillow choice was quite nice as well. Waking up every morning, completely rested in a cloud of comforters and pillows, felt amazing – exactly how you want to feel before a full day of on-foot touring.
Best time to go
Spring and autumn for the best weather and crowd control.
The spa is not due to open until Winter 2013 – so if you’re expecting a spa day as part of your stay, make sure to confirm that it’s up and running before booking.
