DAR ES SALAAM, TANZANIA
“We never thought about Tanzania until we bid & won this trip at a charity auction in the city. Its location right on the Indian Ocean, the views from our suite were wonderful and we could even see monkeys playing around in the surrounding forest. We could not help but sit back and relax in our large, airy suite- especially on the hammock, which my husband rarely left. The beach area is just as lovely and relaxing, we felt like this was our own private beach because there were hardly any other guests there. A wonderfully different beach getaway.”

Getting away from the hustle and bustle of life and relaxing on the beautiful beaches- no shoes needed your entire stay! This makes for a wonderful, rustic romantic getaway.
This is best with a lover and although there is a family house, there are not many fun activities for the kids to do except play on the beach.
Enjoying a delicious and very fresh seafood dinner right on the beach, feet in the sand, water lapping at our feet, underneath the stars and by candlelight. Hard to even write about it!
Best time to go
June through October are considered the dry season but with cooler temperatures. If you don’t mind occasional rain, November and December are great for spending some time on the beach.
If you need a lot of stimulation – this is not the place for you – or: it is indeed your medicine!
