“Taipei has become a modern Asian city that draws a large number of tourists because of the excellent upscale retail environment and general affluent atmosphere. The Regent is an elegant setting in the middle of the downtown area with great work-ability. Formal and mature but still offering a welcoming destination for local families and business travelers. As the hotel was recently rennovated, the rooms are now sleek and hi-tech with appealing views of the city-scape.
We were upgraded to an amazing four room suite that included a kitchenette and powder room, a walk in closet, large living room and master bedroom plus a luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, stall shower and private toilet room. The wellness spa offers special individualized services. The holiday season was well represented with extravagant decorations and live entertainment in the lobby bar that overlooks one of the many restaurants.”

Calm and cushiness in the center of the city.
A great spot for a luxurious break or peaceful moments during hectic business meetings.
The most memorable moments were during the sumptuous breakfast buffet at the Brasserie. Choices of dishes from around the world but with a focus on the traditional Chinese dim sum plus many offerings from the various food stations.
