Resort, Spa & Marina
BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS
“My husband and I, along with a group of friends, docked at Scrub Island Resort on a recent sailing trip. We planned to just stay one night, but after experiencing this resort, we extended our trip through the weekend, and I am so glad we did. Overnight dock fees grant you full use of all the facilities, and after sailing for days, what a treat it was to relax in this tropical heaven. We all loved how secluded the resort was, yet we made a few great friends as well.
There is a certain camaraderie among boaters and we got to meet some wonderful people on the docks and around the pool. We attended a pig roast on July 4th, and everything was arranged for us beforehand – transportation to the secluded beach, the food, drinks, entertainment, etc. The beautiful view, beach bonfire and great company made it a July 4th that we will never forget! There’s also a great provisions store on the property which came in handy for all of us as we hadn’t brought much on the trip as we weren’t planning to stay. The food is also fresh and delicious. We had a casual lunch at Tierra Tierra (I recommend the grouper sandwich), and a nice dinner at Caravela that’s also not to be missed. Our room had a beautiful ocean harbor view and was gorgeously decorated. It was very hard to leave when the time came!”

A tropical getaway when you need to take a break from sailing and enjoy the comforts of home.
Your partner or friends… and if you don’t come with friends, I guarantee you’ll leave having made some!
We spent a day at North Beach which has a small beach bar and plunge pool with private cabanas scattered down the beach. We caught sight of a sea turtle swimming into the lagoon planning where to lay her eggs!
Best time to go
The weather is always amazing in BVI! Go anytime.
We heard from multiple people who were docking overnight but not staying in rooms that the shower facilities were clean but very hot and humid with no AC. Certainly not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of.
Summer rates start from $370 per night
