Suzanne Aaronson
Founder

Suzanne’s passion for “finding the best and leaving the rest” began in her early twenties. Over the years, tips from savvy friends and notes from international hotspots grew into a prolific, in-demand knowledge base and eventually evolved into Suzanne’s Files, a successful business which enjoyed an impressive international following. She and her board sold the company in January 2010 and she stepped away from the brand as it was time to move on to other pastures. Suzanne is a consultant to two ‘luxury’ sector blue-chip companies, is a regular contributor to The Huffington Post with her column titled “What’s Worth It” and co-hosted the 2011 Luxury Briefing conference.

An American who has lived in five countries on three continents, Suzanne is highly resourceful and feels rewarded by enhancing people’s lives outside the office.

Suzanne now lives between New York City and Southampton, NY. As our core team members live in NYC, London and Bangkok, we all work remotely and spend time around the same table whenever possible.

She’s most in her element in the outdoors – in nature – with passions like tennis, hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding and yoga. Authenticity and good ‘vibe’ are what defines and drives the quality-seeking she does so naturally and translates into the What’s Worth It brand and value proposition for clients.

Worth It Consultants is the b2b arm of What’s Worth It LLC, which Suzanne heads, both from a client and innovation perspective. Our clients are in the financial services and luxury marketing sectors, both Fortune 500 companies and mid-size ventures.

Suzanne has been mentoring young entrepreneurs for years, and is involved hands-on in two charities: one for disabled children, the other for dogs without a home.

Kevin C Moore
Product & Marketing Manager

Kevin grew up in central Florida, and has traveled often with his family since his early teens. This exposure to the world instilled in him a desire to live abroad — hence, while studying graphic design in London, he met Suzanne and they got off to a running start. Kevin designed and built “Suzanne’s Files”, Suzanne’s first web/email marketing based business.

In 2007, Kevin began his Master of Arts degree at London’s Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design. He and Suzanne continued to work together through the development and eventual sale of Suzanne’s Files, and after a short break began all over again with What’s Worth It.

In addition to his role here, Kevin is active in London’s commercial photography industry, regularly consulting for top photographers and agents. In his spare time, he continues to enjoy traveling around Europe.

Lauren Steventon
Contributing Editor

Lauren met Suzanne straight from studying English at Oxford University. After a brief stint as an actress, she decided that writing and travel were her real passions and embarked on a career as a travel writer in the luxury sector, starting at ‘Suzanne’s Files’. It was with Suzanne that Lauren learned how to be discerning, how to recognize lifestyle experiences that were really worth it, and how to spot travel ideas that offered something special.

Going on to hone her skills at Condé Nast, Lauren built on the knowledge she had gained from Suzanne’s Files, fully immersing herself in traditional travel journalism while visiting properties and places around the world to find the best hotels and experiences. She has since written freelance for top editorial lifestyle magazines and websites such as Maybourne, MO, Lux, Food + Travel, theluxurychannel.com, and the luxe section of sofeminine.co.uk. So far her favorite trips have included a gastro-idyll evening at Le Manoir Quat’ Saisons, and an adrenalin-filled weekend driving Mercedes cars on an icy lake in northern Sweden. She is excited to now be the Managing Editor for What’s Worth It and Worth It e-Publishing.

Lauren currently lives in London, where she enjoys sunny days sitting on Hampstead Heath, taking afternoon tea, and heading off for weekends in the countryside.
