Gramercy Park Hotel

“One of my favorite city stays — in any city. Why? Not for the rooms (while perfectly nice with their dark sultry decor) but for the four fantastic public spaces to entertain, be entertained, see & be seen! The two sexy, dark bars on the entry level are vibed out with great music, stylish loungey décor, classic cocktails and a good crowd to boot — mostly 35+. The rooftop bar and restaurant are a delight in most seasons — a real escape in which to be surrounded by potted trees, flowering bushes and tiny white lights at night sparkling above. Breakfast up here is a treat before meetings or a day out in the hustle & bustle.”
